You will need a Return Label to be attached to your return products in order for us to proceed with a return/refund process

. 1. Return Eligibility The period of returns acceptable will be within 14 days from the day of dispatch.Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. We currently do not accept returns for Briefs/panties due to hygiene concerns. SALE out FLASH SALE items are not returnable. Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all goods sold online. We urge you to refer to our bra beauty shop size chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases

. 2) Refunds We will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.

. 4)Returned products are inspected by our company . If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

5)If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, the original product will be returned to you.
